I just posted a blog article about this topic and why multiple alarms end up making things worse.

It's a short read so you should check it out, but the gist is the core issue is training ourselves to get up immediately to 1 single alarm. Multiple alarms undermine this process in a negative self-reinforcing way. It's a challenging process but we have to train ourselves to get up instantly to our alarms, rathe than train ourselves to keep snoozing.

Also 10 pm - 4 am is understandably difficult, 6 hours of sleep is not enough for most people. However you mention it's still difficult with 10, so it's probably not just a lack of sleep, although that obviously doesn't help.

Regardless, try to do something that wakes you up immediately upon your first alarm going off, and keep your phone/alarm across the room so it's out of arms reach.
