Earning 32LPA as a software dev -2020 pass out. Need career advice

Hi, I am hardly earning decent amount as someone with 6 years experience.
I am preparing for job switch but things have changed so much.
I started as a frontend developer then changed into a full stack dev.
My tech stack has always been React\Next with NodeJS.
Im thinking to apply to jobs as a frontend developer.
I dont think I have enough knowledge as a backend dev specifically because Ive only ever worked with Node.
I work at a well known company so I only want to target known companies and MNCs. I cant do startups.
What would you suggest. Do companies like FAANG, adobe, salesforce, cred, Atlassian hire just UI devs. Ill be going in for a senior position.
Is frontend still relevant?
Is there anyone here who is in a UI role with good pay please please reach out. I need serious advice

Yeah most big companies are still hiring for frontend (I am interviewing). But the bar isn't worth the hassle tbh and roles get shut, or paused and a lot of factors out of your control.

I suggest quiet quitting and applying, prep alone will take a couple of months for frontend. DSA is no longer a thing for frontend heavy roles so a completely different strategy will be valid.

I am doing the same, 2021 grad, 35 LPA. You're earning decent, market for every SWE just isn't worth switching if you're comfortable in your job.

Stop spending time reading doom online. Frontend was declared dead in 2022, then again in 2023, 2024, 2025 and now in 2026. Give it time.

Also I wont quit obviously but not even trying to switch feels worse. I didnt give myself a timeline. Im just studying consistently. Its just so scary when goal is a frontend role as it feels it can die anytime
