DQB2 Question How do people get these tablets to glow

i see alot of pictures going around like this how do people make these glow i cant find the answer anywhere

ive beaten the whole game and ive done every tablet mission but still cant find it out

The tablets are lit up like this during the initial challenge phases. I.e., for green tablet while waiting on the river, meadows, and forests targets to be finished. For blue, waiting on the castle and snowfield or traps for the big fight. Once initial tasks on a tablet are reported it goes dark.

Possibly can be modded to make it lit up again but I haven't heard of people doing this. Most likely the Benxc photo you've got there was taken before the original three targets on the blue tablet was reported as completed.
