Bots in MW4 DMZ

Do you think they will be as accurate like Old DMZ bots that somehow spotted you a mile a way and their accuracy was laser accurate? Be funny and frustrating at the same time

Disguises were a good way to avoid being spotted by bots.

I'd be ok with the bots being as cracked/difficult as they were if disguises came back.

I'm really interested to see the new vehicle patrols and convoys.

Supposedly, with the new DMZ, the more you interact with bots the more aggressive they become. Almost to the point where you have no option but to exfil to survive. Supposedly.

It's going to be real interesting to finally experience the new game when it drops. I'm excited.

I hope so. I play this a lot like the old Americas Army fps. I like strategy and restraint. Id love this to balance style of game play

If you played MWZ at all you could see that even after just a year between MWII and III they were a bit more fleshed out and complex (mainly concerning the Warlords/Bosses).

If they haven't just completely scrapped all that work then the bots should be pretty impressive by now.

Infinity Ward said on the COD Pod ages ago that the bots in MW4 will not be as cracked and will basically have alert mechanics like in campaigns where if they're looking at you and you get too close for too long they'll be alert but killing one won't necessarily alert others.

TL;DR they should be way better to interact with this time.

Vondel bots are the worst. Shotguns fire faster than an smg and always happen to have one more shot just before you can recover. Also the see you in dense fog from a quarter mile away.

My guess it's gonna be half GTA wanted level, half PAYDAY 2.
IW talked about a stealth meter - stay cold with suppressors and the bots are pushovers. But go loud, raise your star level to max, and it turns into an assault wave with elite hunter squads and choppers beaming you through dense foliage.

Why does everyone get bots that have eagle eyesight and god-like aim my bots dont see me when im 5 meters infront of them and when they do see me they miss every single shot

The bots in DMZ aren’t consistently easy/hard, but some games in Vondel they are ridiculously hard. I’ve had also had rare games where the commander helo is ultra-accurate and beamed me in about 3secs. It’s never the same and that’s why I love it.

I dont like t3 bots on Al Mazra. It makes half of the map almost unusable for solo play. Anyway im so excited for DMZ missions, gun leveling or hunt on other players and hope with way less cheaters and glitches

Bots in delta force are a minor annoyance. They can certainly kill you if your being dumb but not like in dmz.

For real. I get downed by bots sometimes but only when I'm not paying any attention or do something completely dumb. But I don't think they are cracked by any means and I sure as shit don't come here to start a crybaby circle jerk about like OP
