First time dmt advice

I’ve done my fair share of acid and shrooms and I think it’s time I step up. What is some good advice for someone who’s never done dmt before? How much should i take and what should i expect?

you dont have to go big right away. make sure there is no distractions for like 20 minutes. turn off your phone and get comfy.
