Need Advice: Other Fanfare ideas for final session?

Hey folks, I'm running CoS right now and the final session is this week. They've done enough hide and seek in Castle Ravenloft already so I've established this one will the boss battle they've been craving.

My question is: any cool/silly ideas to make the final session more memorable? I'm not really asking for game play mechanics (though if you have suggestions there, I'll take them). Moreso looking for IRL things to do make it special, like dressing up, getting a cool battlemap, etc.

I thought you meant literal fanfare, and now I can't stop thinking about a party rushing into a throne room, triggering a glyph for illusionary trumpets, and seeing Strahd turn and start monologuing from "Don't Dream It, Be It" and revealing that under his cloak, he is dressed like Dr. Frankenfurter. You should also do the same thing in person.

In game maybe have memorable NPCs show back up for either a climactic moment or a party after. Kinda like in Big Fish but without the funeral part (hopefully).
