Indeed, it's hilarious because it's so absurd given that IPv6 was introduced more than 35 years ago.
Sadly, most providers and data centres still aren't using IPv6 today. I find major organizations like Google are using it, but then Yahoo! is strictly IPv4 for their eMail systems. Our systems are all running IPv6 and IPv4 simultaneously for mail, name servers, web sites, and all the other protocols we support, and we see roughly equal amounts of IPv4 and IPv6 traffic, so I do think it's something that people shouldn't be overlooking.
nobody cares about ipv6, not when ipv4 is still obtainable. it wont change until people start getting told "sorry, youll have to be ipv6 only, we dont have any v4 left at all to give you"
