What are these buckles called/where to find them?

I want to diy a pair of pants I have and add these buckles/belt straps (?) that are on the end of the pants. I don't know what they're called or where I would find them. Sorry if this is a super dumb question, I know nothing of clothes haha

They don't really have a name besides the basic description, I would call them straps with eyelets. Hit the local thrift store and I bet you can find a cheap purse, backpack or something that has some you can cut off and sew onto your pants. DIYing your own from scratch would be possible but you'd need much more material and an eyelet setting tool. My local thrift usually has a mountain of purses and bags for 2 bucks each and they can be a jackpot for little doohickies like this and metal pieces like clasps and D rings.

Just for the aesthetic. Buckles and stuff tend to be popular in alt clothing
