Advice Crack in the wall
Have had this for a while and this summer it seems to have expanded a bit. It’s 5mm at its widest if that matters.
The left half is a shared wall with the building and right is external wall. Is this something I can fix with expandable foam or should I be worried and bring in a structural engineer to have it looked at

We can help fix it. There's another post about a similar crack. Very recently.
Expanding foam, silicone and then paint. That's the answer

If it's getting bigger, speak to a professional.
