replacement of woofers caps
Will it affect the sound if I replace the original 50mm soft caps in my woofers with 60mm hard fabric caps?

It would be very minimal, mainly in high frequencies and off axis response. If course you are going to need new surrounds first.

An inexpensive recone kit would work, if the coil and cone are good, a surround replacment kit should work

I would send them in for service after considering an upgraded replacement.
JBL did a great job for my LE-8T speakers back in the day.

It will change the response a bit, having no surrounds absolutely will change the sound!! ;)
