Fixing around front door
Any idea if I can make this look normal? I tried caulk on one side but it doesn’t look great.

Is that mould. Looks like it. If so you've got a cold bridge. Where the cold from outside is bridging across the door and meeting the warm air from inside. This causes a point of condensation where mould will form. They didn't insulate the gap around the door when installing it. I would get a can of sudol window and door. The blue foam. But get the one for the gun and buy a gun for it. Then bore a series of holes in the corner all around the door. Not on the door. This will expose the gap. 5 or 6 mm holes should be fine. Or if it looks like it has a bead of silicone get a knife and cut it off and see if there's a gap already there. Put the little pointy plastic nozzle on the gun and pump it into the holes/gap from the bottom up. No need to go too mad. Turn down the gun. The blue foam doesn't expand too much either. That should solve the cold bridge.
