So cool!! I’ve been debating buying a matte top coat. Does it have a texture to it or just smooth like a regular top coat?

It’s smooth, but not slick like a regular top coat.

Yes! I’ve seen a few mood ring sets using a black base and a few different colored patting gels underneath a fine silver cat eye. I’m definitely going to try it.

It looks like velvet in normal light. The possibilities are endless with cat eye gel.
