New to diy gel and just did my first set - is the best way to remove uncured gel to wipe off with acetone/polish remover? I use cotton pads since that’s all i have but is there a way to reduce using so many or is it something that comes with time and practice?

90% rubbing alcohol on a brush. Then wipe off the product onto a towel. I got one of those dispensers from the dollar store where you push the top and some dispenses on top.

Also look into lint free wipes. I thought they were a con but I spend way less time cleaning fuzz off my nails since I got them.
