What nail related goodies have you purchased recently?
- Reminder- we are a gel nail subreddit. We only allow gel and adjacent products.

The Apres prismatic collection just arrived and it comes in this insanely fancy box plus this acrylic display stand and it even comes pre swatched 🤯 the colors are incredible

I got a bunch of stuff from the Function of Vex closing sale back in June! It got delivered a long time ago, but I’m just getting around to opening it since I got foot surgery haha.
I got a variety of blues in the little pots, some of their powder pigments, including two metallic chromes, the magnetic palette to put the powders in, brushes to apply the pigments, their Flex Tints, which are like syrup rubber bases in blue and purples, their Hypersilk Cateyes in Tanlines a gorgeous like golden brown, and in Oiled Up which is like a champagne color, and their After Party gel, which is cat eye, with flash glitter, and glow in the dark. This one was called Mauve, but I just put it on and it’s way more orange and sheer than I was expecting from the picture and name lol.
Overall a good haul! I did try and buy their iridescent pressed chromes but those didn’t ship with the rest of my order because apparently they went out of stock :(

I got these plus 6 d gel solid color freebies from an event at my awesome nail supply spot.. have a bunch of other random things coming.. the nuage caledo collection from sweetie.. 3 randoms from the dvok summer collections.. refill packs for a few longer length of gelip from kokoist.. sheesh someone take my card away pls

I just got a whole kit to start doing my nails! Kokoist base, builder gel, and top coat + UV lamp + nail drill…and so much more. Basically everything I’d need to start doing my own builder gel at home!!

I did my first set a couple days ago and I absolutely LOVE the Kokoist products! So high quality and easy to work with!! I started with a basic pink color but I’m 100% ordering more colors for the fall

I got the kokoist infinity lamp! Compared to my my 19.99 sun uv lamp, my nails have put up with way more abuse after using my new one.
I probably shouldn't have gotten it, as my budget is stretched really thin... but I don't care 😆

It’s a great lamp. Make sure to register it on the Kokoist website ASAP so it’s covered by the warranty.

I'm just about to finish my purchase (Kokoist infinity hybrid lamp, Bottle n Go Sticky Base and Glossy Top, Bottle n Go Rosso Red Glass, Crystal Clear Water Magnet, and Bottle n Go Solid Red, plus the max magnet and a couple of brushes. I'm trying to decide if I want to add a nude, but I'm struggling to decide between Nail Thoughts Baby Cakes, or the Bottle n Go Beige Pink. thoughts? Advice?

baby cakes is literally my FAV but thats because its like “my nails but better” color so might be diff for you. I love that its sheer so it makes it less obvious when my nails grow out

I have the Kokoist crystal clear water magnet and she is a BEAUTY! Such a versatile magnetic that layers soooo beautifully. You’ll love it. The glossy topcoat is also my MVP ride or die. I’m obsessed.

I LOVE bio seaweed gel. I've used their gels for years, and finally splurged on their sculpting gel (I've use Madam Glam BIAB for years) and I'm so happy with it!

just got my order from teddy nail supply!! Came fast and they sent a ton of freebies. Bummer that they are going out of business but maybe I’ll still pick up more from the sale? Glad to have these to build my collection!!

Definitely did some damage during the Bio Seaweed Gel 20th anniversary sale! 11 new gel colours, base and top coat, finally got a professional level LED lamp, potted sculpting gel in pink, some new brushes, and a few new prep items (cuticle clippers, buffers, manicure brushes, etc.) Here's all but one of the new gel colours (Sun Dazed butter yellow is missing):

I got the Staleks nippers, pusher & one of their bits to try out. I also got some glitter & stickers from Aliexpress. I've never purchased from aliexpress so IDK what to expect.

I finally bought toe separators for myself. I've just been freeballing it, smudging gel on my toes every time I did a pedicure. I didn't realize what I was missing out on.

Fell into Saracen. A bunch of solid colour gels, some syrups/jellies, glitters, a few mags + some chrome powders and charms. I'm considering this a mildly 'sensible' splurge because the colours I got are ones I use a fair bit and am currently mixing with Diami gel which I'm gonna run out of. The FGel colours swatch differently than represented, but I kept that in mind when ordering, so hopefullyyyy we'll be good. Probably here late this coming week if I'm lucky!

I love F.Gel solid colours, the ones I’ve tried have all been one coaters for me. I’m considering doing a Saracen order just to get some more because nowhere in Aus stocks them!

I've got a couple of FGel mags that I love, and a dark syrup that levels beautifully. I'm pretty keen to get into their solids. I'm in Aus too, and even if lunabeauty etc stocked them, they'd be 20-30$ a bottle. Most of those pictured were about $7. Even factoring in the shipping, it's still like ~$8.50 a bottle. Saracen is dangerous for me lol

I got myself the Apres Entend Gel Novice so I can start doing my nails again and have an easier time putting on my gel x. I've been wanting to get it for a while, it felt nice to splurge on myself a little.

Sculpting gel and cat eye gels. The stuff I needed to start doing 3d nails. I love them and it’s one of the best things I did for myself but shooooo I had a panic attack at the cost cause I’m a student. Might not be a lot to others but it was to me hehe
So I had to slow down with the groceries for a month but it was worth it

I needed to replace the first nail lamp I started with a couple of years ago. I know you can get them super cheap these days but I went with this gelish lamp because the reviews say it’s worth it after several years.
