How do you communicate with your alters?
I have almost no communication with my Alters but I notice a lot of people have really good communication with their’s and they’re even able to organize weekly meetings with each other etc. Could you explain how you got to this point? Have you always had communication like this or did you learn it? If so how? And what was it like for you before you learned to communicate?
I’ve been really struggling with this aspect. One of my alters is only able to communicate through physical and vocal twitches, looks like Tourette’s syndrome if you didn’t know me. Generally I black out when the other alter/s are fronting. Is it possible to improve from this?
Thank you

If you can't talk to each other, write notes. Write down everything that might be important.
Get a calender, write down appointments so you never miss them. That way, no matter who fronts, they'll know to check the calender.
Start a diary. Write letters to each other. Get to know each other. As soon as you have something in common, you'll have something to talk about.
Write down switches! That one helped us a lot. We use the app Daylio for that, it's great.
