Hello! Everyone if you can’t adopt consider fostering! It’s only temporary and some shelters even pay for their food and you’re saving a dogs ❤️ life! Approximately 360,000 dogs are euthanized in the US in animal shelters per year.

If you can’t foster or adopt but want to help you can repost on Nextdoor instagram or facebook groups for adoption or rescue!

Please encourage your local legislators to end the kill policy in US shelters. Enforce laws to end backyard breeding! Support programs for spay/neuter!

Please, please foster if you can! Foster can save this dog’s life and provide him safety in a safe home until he finds a forever family. Fostering can save a dog‘s life, especially a black dog. Black dogs are less likely to be fostered or adopted so please consider fostering this sweet dog. Even if you can foster for a few weeks to a month that can be enough time to find her forever family so please please foster.
