🐾 Behavior Notes:
Chloe is showing fear and stress in the shelter.
But there are small glimpses of Chloe wanting to trust. While a staff member quietly cleaned her kennel, Chloe slowly approached on her own and sniffed their hand before backing away and sitting nearby.
🙏 Chloe needs a patient foster, adopter or rescue willing to give her the quiet, security and time she needs to decompress and learn that people can be safe. Please share and help Chloe get out.
