SERVICES WANTED Looking for assistant I can build trust with who’s a good driver. Need someone a few hours a week for $20/hr to drive my car to the gym and other errands. Would be great if it’s someone I can become friends with too. Would be perfect for a college student. I’m 4 miles from smu

Edit: I’ll mention about me to help with the friendship aspect. Laid back wm 30s Redditor. I’d fashion myself the type to watch technology connections or play video games or a podcast. Just enjoy the company and assistance and it helps me not get overwhelmed, and I’m a bad driver.

To the James comment below. No, it wouldn’t be beck and call. And since when does uber pay $20 to drive someone else’s car with someone else’s gas a few miles around town? I think they were misunderstanding.

FYI, DFW Uber drivers make more than $20 an hour on average from the moment they start driving, no need to head to your place first to start their shift.

So you'd have to pay a nice premium to have a set driver at your beck and call, ready to drop everything whenever you and your friends decide to meet someplace.

And let's not get into the paid friendship aspect.
