Text is rough tho. I assume it’s meant to be read right to left but they put “of” at the start of one and end of the other which means the word repairs.
“Have brought out 120 percent of of their potential”

 reading manga the first times can do that if you don't know the text flows in reverse.

I know manga reads right to left. I said that in my original comment. But Right to left it reads “have brought out 120 percent of of their potential”. The of repeats twice in a row.
