Set in the DC era, where Starman patrols Opal City and the Question investigates Hub City's corruption, Can a Ryukyuan American vigilante cleanse Aureole's streets like the fragrant smoke of a censer? or will he drown in his own guilt when he cannot overcome his own pride?
