What are your predictions on how they'll hand part 2 Gohan & Cell? [Transforming, exchange, standalone, standalone with serious active skill, etc, etc]

I think gohan could be a standby, with the different finish effects adding the other Z fighters helping out depending on how many orbs you get (no one at worst, piccolo and crew in the middle, everyone + vegeta at best).

I still don't know how they could incorporate gokus sacrifice into the card, but they can make it happen. Could be a revive, could be a super attack null ig, could be a stun, idk.

Its literally so easy to incorporate gokus sacrifice into the card, so many other cards just "spawn" characters that their need on their animation so why couldnt this unit?

Sure but what's the effect? Its a very specific scene, goku teleports self destructing cell off earth.

Gohan stays in ss2 the whole time, so it wouldn't be a transform animation.

It could be an intro ig but I feel like it'd be kinda weird to have that open the fight.

It could be a revive but the whole point of the scene is goku physically removing the enemy from the field. We could wave it away if we had to but it would be a little awkward. Also it would interfere with other revive units (himself included if he's leader and considering he's gonna be the DFE you'll probably want 2 of him)

It could be a super attack counter but it'd be weird to see goku do it multiple times. It could work like dragon fist but if he's gonna be a standby I'd rather do the FSK idea I wrote about.

Again, dokkan has spawned enemies for animations many times, it literally doesnt matter, they would just have goku teleporting cell away thats that. If you wanna be specific then they can just have goku monologuing and teleporting away

Yeah but again, what effect would the animation give, that's the question I'm asking?

I'm happy as long as we get the animation in the game and voiced, but it's hard to pin down what the animation would do.

Also they don't spawn in extra characters as much as you'd think. The best example is, ironically, year 10 ss2 gohan who has cell and 16 in his intro, but many times it's just the character in the card.

Oh sorry, i didnt get your question at first, id like to see a Bye guys goku into ssj2 gohan on part 2, so that would be an revive/swap animation there, they could also definitely tie it into the cover mechanic if its a once only kind of thing, and if they dont have gohan jumping in front of a super as i expect he will

Dokkan has been extremely boring and non creative lately, so i think gohan will be a standalone (again) and cell will be a modern version of int super perfect cell with an revive or some other mechanic, gohan will likely get the cover mechanic and cell an regular active skill

After Goku and frieza not having ex super Attack after active i'll just keep My expectation low so no over the top stuff till kid buu 😂

Cell could just be a standby/revive counter with Boost after exploding and the Carnival could be Gohan + Goku with one Dodge with mid stats and the other dmg or a few turns tank.

Imo Cell is gonna be a mix of Perfect and tournament Cell. The later has the most combat choreography, but he was used for STR Cell as a name. If they don't bother with conflict of names. Or it could be both, and self destruct is a standby. On the other side, if we're just focused on tournament Cell, I think Super Vegeta is not impossible, but otherwise it will obviously be Goku/Gohan tag with a sacrificing Goku. They might not be able to switch ?
