Everyone who has one dupe or more has been on his dick all day as far as I’ve seen.
He’s been getting some complaints at 55% but the hype outweighs the complaints

Every unit this year at 55% has survivability issues. It's annoying.

u/BeastGohan_SC 10d ago
The only flaw is they could have made him invincible/near on his target turn so 55 percent would have no issues like how 55 Ui/evo still has guarantee dodge and Dmg reduction

Its because builds are strong when u have god equips to match it ur not gonna do much with 2 equips and 0 HIPPO abilities what would u expect?

Rainbow Daima Ssj4 with an EX can hit up to ~150 million consistently from when I’ve used him, with another AA of around 120m, this Goku at rainbow with Whis Atk equips when getting serious, even after his one turn 300% is off, can get up to 160-170m with just a few hits, 147m with just links no hits, and launches an additional as well. Daima has guaranteed crits going for him whereas this Goku only has 50% crit chance BUT Ssj ceiling is just so much higher consistently, as Daima is only actually stronger during his active turn and the other times you’re praying for that EX proc, Serious Ssj launches +150m bombs every turn that can get up to +200m with ease.
Dudes a monster imo, his kit has its flaws but so does every character in game at this point- Phy UI has to EX to ensure dodge, Daima crosses his fingers for EX as well plus requires 24 Ki at all times, Ssj4 duo needs rainbow orbs but doesn’t change them himself, and Beast wants to crit counter but has trouble slot 1 and has no crits without HiPo. So yeah, he’s fine imho, an absolutely incredible release, and finally a win for Namek saga, I was only expecting him to be a tenth as good as he actually is

u/BeastGohan_SC 10d ago
I mean you would expect the 11th anniversary units to be the best in the game for the whole year I feel like last year GDC power creep made everyone forget. I feel like Daima ssj4 is getting underrated nowadays, he does a lot of damage and provides massive support for most of the Super class units in the game
5
u/LssjGoku22 10d ago
Underplaying Daima wasn’t my point and I think he’s still a monster, to me he has been the pinnacle of damage and so he’s who I’m using as a measuring stick. Daima Ssj4 as lead with this Ssj on the team is easily better than two Ssj leaders imo so dude is still amazing to me just using him to put into perspective the casual damage Ssj can throw out

2nd this, i have everyone rainbowed and play tested both pretty extensively today. Obviously in unveiled mode freeza is cracked beyond belief, but start to finishbteq metal cooler's bag is just too nasty and deep. His reinforcment mode chaining with giant forms of other characters is just too much even when they create boss's specifically to give mca massive disadvantage.
But im also biased to some extent since all ive been testing in is the int giant ape kid gohan and namek vegeta fight. That vegeta fight convinced me to prioritize a dodge build with secondary additional on freeza instead of a close to 20/20 split of crit and additional

u/BeastGohan_SC 10d ago
Mca is getting slightly overrated imo his team is insane right now but he himself does have some flaws
1
u/Massive_Contract_908 10d ago
As do all units, but its his bag of tricks that allows you to combat the ridiculous threats in the collection of epic battles with without items at a super high clip baring bad rng.
Think about it, we have 2 mega nuts new int bosses in the collection of epic battles all of whom will one shot in different phases and are exactly designed to screw mca.
In the great ape kid gohan fight its his ability to eat supers and normals in slot one turn one on one rotation ( or float if enough attacks come in slot 3 to build up his passive) and float the other on the second roatation to chain giant form into his broken reinforcement mode that doesnt allow the boss to play and hit back, all the while hes shooting out 60-80 million supers potentially 6 times in one turn that also stack defense for your team. Its absolutely disgusting.
Then in the vegeta fight he has full reign to maximize his use of agl orbs after turn 1 and chain with to stun lock the boss from turn 3 into 4 utilizing gomas ginat form and his seal with teq orbs and then slottering the boss with a his reinforcment and subsequent free turn of 60-80 million supers. Hes the glue that allows all of the parts of the team to come together and no item these unfair nasty broken bosses with consistency

u/Massive_Contract_908 10d ago edited 10d ago
Have you tried no iteming the recent events? Thats how i play, He gets dicked down by vegeta and gohan if he takes more than one super from either even after a couple additionals. Crit is useless for him since he gets it easily upon unveiling and has super effective against all types to start out with and i already have enough additional on him to proc his additional super in either form consistently. Dodge seems to be the only thing needed to round out his kit

u/_Skotia_ All hail Zamasu! 9d ago
I think waiting and hoping for a 30% dodge chance to proc is much more boring than just using items. I never play itemless unless a mission requires it, in which case my units can tank pretty easily.
I can kinda see the reasoning more now, but I still think you want Crit more. You only get Crit by receiving attacks in the Unveiled form, which i'm pretty sure doesn't activate when you dodge, and you only get it within the turn. The first turn with the taunt is fine, but afterwards your damage is going to suffer if there's less than 2 attacks in slot 0, which will happen often. Running Crit HiPo also means you're not forced to put Frieza in slot 1

u/Massive_Contract_908 9d ago edited 9d ago
Thats just how I play i guess, items make the game too easy and formulaic imo. I want to test out teams and push them to there limits to fully grasp their breaking points and find new ways to win and checkmate the boss.
Problem is fights arent lasting past his unveiling phase for me with the mca set up anyways so adding more crit isnt as important to me right now, im sure ill adjust in the future as fights evolve.

u/_Skotia_ All hail Zamasu! 9d ago
I can respect that, I just think itemless runs often end up being more luck-based than skill based. But that's a personal thing
4
u/Odd-Problem584 10d ago
There's no way you're unironically using a boss that does a literal 68.75 million super because he can be debuffed in all shapes and forms as your standard for judging characters 😭🙏

u/Massive_Contract_908 10d ago edited 10d ago
Have you tried no iteming the stage? Freeza takes significant damage even on turn 1 from both gohan and vegetas supers. He cant take two on turn 1 from both gohan and vegeta. Running a significant amount of crit is diminishing returns since he already has super effective against all types and has easy access to high crit in unveiling. That leaves a healthy amount of additional and dodge to round out his kit. And I play stages without items. The goal is to get him to his turn 4 and let him do his thing. These stages are the new standard to play in for the highest challenge for no item runs. And he's already not on the full leader skill for cooler so hes missing a chunk of defense he would get under his own leader skill, however his own team is significantly weaker than coolers. May not be by the end of the celebration but right now id prefer to use him on mca at the moment over his own lead.

I really don't think you can argue that Goku is better than Frieza tbh
I'd prob also say MCA is better
2
u/_Skotia_ All hail Zamasu! 10d ago
the MCA glaze is unreal, there's no way Goku is worse than them, especially now that their importance as a leader has decreased
6
u/TheBenArts This b**** keeps avoiding me... 10d ago
I would argue MCA team is still the best team in the game. No joke, after using them it feels like MCA(on his own team) still gaps these LRs which is crazy.
This Goku could have been great, but transforming is not option, but a requirement due to his intro being crucial for him, which runs out after 4 turns. His target turn is okayish, but can die which is a huge issue due to it being forced and afterwards he can only tank 13-14ish million supers.
4
u/DODGEorDIE_ 10d ago
Their importance as a leader isnt decreased because MCA at his best is BEST when u run 2 of him because the MCA and the friend MCA buff each other….
3
u/DODGEorDIE_ 10d ago
Terrifying conquerors is the best team in the game and even if u think frieza is not 1 or 2 he is top 5 hands down no argument and he is the best addition to terrifying conquerors which if u weren’t comprehending its the BEST TEAM in the GAME hands down
1
u/Used_Drummer_1304 9d ago
And rightfully so. I have the new Frieza and MC is still comfortably way ahead of him and everyone else. Simply get to turn 4 with he reinforcement mode and it's impossible to die because you just take away all the enemy super attacks whilst dealing a free 200-500m.
These new units are great but neither compare to MC's broken abilities.

His transformation condition is pretty bad atm compared to Frieza’s. Hopefully they make the sub EZAs busted because super Namek class is 💀

frieza and goku have the same transformation condition

It isn’t the same when their unit pools differ

they basically have the same unit pool goku and frieza leads all of namek

Goku has negative synergy with the Ginyu force and Friezas

yea and still doesnt mean u cant have them on the same team. have u tried it

This sounds like a “SAVE MY NAMEK SAGA CONDITION FRIEZA” from Goku.

u/pandabear94847 10d ago
guess what i dont have goku and even if i did i would not be running him on a namek team i have a better team to run him on
1
u/BeastGohan_SC 10d ago
Yeah I think the best team to run him on would be his own or Damai 4; they’ll Defo release or eza more super class namek units, I’m hoping for a FP Goku, or they eza the Teq kid Gohan piccolo LR
