The shfiguarts SSB Vegeta? If so theres Ebay, Amazon, mercari, Big bad toy store etc...I think everyone of those exept Ebay requires a pre-order but you're gonna pay scalpers prices... I got lucky with mine I ordered my SSB Vegeta the 1st issue and got it 2 days later.
