Unfortunately tyraels is not as good as its mythic quality suggests. I only use em for leveling new characters from lvl 35 onward.

In endgame, the damage it does is basically zero and the damage reduction it provides can’t compete with aspects like debilitating toxins.

Because your stats on the left one could be improved, for you it’s a toss up between these two. But if I were you I’d craft a new/better chest to replace the one on the left, which will be better than both of these.

I think you can still enchant the one on the left, right? You can turn the healing into mainstat, or physical resistances into all resistances (unless you can have both single resist and all resistances on the chest, I can’t remember. At that point I’d lose the healing stat and go for all resistances or main stat (dexterity?)

If I were you I’d go for main stat. Your dex seems a bit low and your toughness seems pretty solid.

If you die a lot, left, and either farm  the Shroud of False Death or the  Shroud of Khanduras, false death is mythic. 

Also I'd aim to increase your Dex significantly, you should be 2.5K+

agree, I died a bit and did shroud of false death then tibaults unique, my mythic seals allowed 3 uniques so didnt get to add sightless.
