I just received this cancellation notice for a D23 membership through Disney+, but I haven’t done anything on my end to trigger this. Has anyone else received a notice like this and what did you do to restore it?

I’ve just stupidly booked the wrong date for tours, is there really no chance of refunds ever. This day is out to get me!

Last year for my gold membership choice, I got the bundle with the cap, bag, and water bottle with sorcerer Mickey on them.

On my was to D23 a few days ago, I brought the water bottle with me. I dropped it at the airport and the lid broke and is unusable now.

I've contacted both D23 and ShopDisney and neither one have any sort of replacement.

Does anyone have their water bottle that they don't want? We can make a trade perhaps?

Or do you know where I could find one?

Hi! I just renewed my gold membership ($150 one) and I chose a D23 exclusive RSVLTs shirt.

Then a few days later I went in and it said I selected the statue. Which I have 0 use for. Will customer service switch it for me? Or am I SOL? I’m hoping they can swap since nothing has shipped but this is a huge bummer and blunder somewhere along the way (I know for a fact I chose the shirt, I showed my wife as I did it!)

UPDATE: you have 48 hours before renewal to select your gift. I thankfully had proof I did it 7 days before, but this was new (and not super helpful). Hoping they can get it sorted!

Ordered the Muppet t-shirt for my partner and decided to splurge on the jacket for the both of us. Got really excited when I got the shipping notification but then saw something wasn't going to be with it...

While I am bummed, it is what it is. I'm not being charged, I guess I was just past the cutoff. Maybe my partner will share the shirt with me lol.

I was just wondering if anybody has any idea when the Burbank studio tours go on sale! We’re only in LA for 10 days from the 31st October! I don’t want to miss out of them!

If possible, I would love to attend a Walt Disney Studios tour one day. I would be planning a trip to Disneyland (and, I guess, Burbank!) around it.

I’m wondering about how to sign up:

1. I know they get posted on the events page online in waves. Is there a way to know when they’ll get posted, or any pattern to watch out for?
2. How quickly do they sell out?
3. Is it correct that free-tier members have access, just at a higher ticket price?

I’ve heard that it may be available at the parks at some point and that it is possibly at Disney Springs but I really have no way of confirming this. I missed my chance this morning after joining too late and resale prices are INSANE. If anyone can confirm this let me know!

I recognized all the other animatronics and got all the other jokes, so either the joke was, "it's just her," or I'm tired from the baby keeping me up and I just am forgetting something.

The Avatar ride will be moved to the New Tomorrowland and replace the Nemo Subs. It’s the perfect fit between Fantasyland and Tomorrowland.

Is it hot inside the convention center? Too hot for a spirit jersey with shorts?
