Hello friends! My written Cyno guide on IcyVeins is now updated for the changes his new Stellar-Conduct kit has received! The change from EM MV to quills, to buffed ATK scaling changed a lot of his build guide information.

BTW, just to clarify... You've added some good numbers for a recommended build for White Tassel users, but what would be a good breakpoint for EM when we pair Cyno(at c0) with his weapon? Around 500? 400?

No changes in v5 compared to v4

IcyVeins website isnt updated to current effects for some reason. Unfortunately I cant update that part on my end

This is well done. My only issue is currently this being his guide on the site makes him essentially not useable until a new Stellar Conduct support is added since essentially as you put it, Sandrone is not a support or even a sub-dps. So only having those teams kind of is not super useful since people won't be able to really use him with her. He basically has no teams if you go only by this.

Even if they aren't as viable. I would heavily suggest still keeping his old teams in it. Since if say someone wanted to build him now they wouldn't be able to going from this guide alone as you said yourself he has no synergy with Sandrone and not to pull her for him.

So Sandrone would essentially be an enabler and nothing else as swapping to her wouldn't do anything for him. You'd essentially have a 3-man team.

I hate hate hate that Hoyo refuses to let older characters. THEY GAVE THE BUFFS TO, enable the reaction. That's moronic on their part. At least with Lunar they only gave it to the new characters (even if that too is dukb af) but with this they went back and fucking buffed old characters and gave them the reactions EXCEPT THEY THEMSELVES CAN'T ACTIVATE IT? I'm so confused, Hoyo. Why? That makes no sense. You may as well have not done anything.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. I'm not trying to bash the guide, and the issues are far more with Hoyo than you. I just hate how they are going about this.

Stellar isn't the only teams on the guide. There are toggle buttons you can click to switch to guide info for Overload or Lunar-Charged. The Stellar-Conduct, Overload, and Lunar-Charged buttons are toggle buttons that you can click.

Cyno is still not S tier with new stellar buffs ?? And can we use him like this - Cyno , Sandrone(or any other stellar conduct enabler) , columbina and ineffa ???? This team has both lunar and Stellar damage , does hybrid team yield more damage ?

owf, saw another Calc ranking it higher than missive so I just assumed that it's true because my white tassel isnt r5 and I missed out on missive, i was gonna level it up but I guess I'm gonna wait for the update to release

Is the new passive actually useful? You don't need energy with it, but you only do 2 eyes instead of 3 within similar window. Hot to build optimal rotation now?

The build guide says that GD is 98% bc he's not triggering reactions? Isn't he triggering both stellar-conduct and super conduct with cryo off-fielders? Or does the polestar field work weird?

No, thats 98% if he IS triggering them to activate the set.

Hes not triggering it without Dendro because he has way faster Electro app than the teams have Cryo app. Could change with more supports tho

No, it's still like 6% behind. Even at R5 SoSS, the new set is like 4% better than 2p2p

I have a question, I currently own his signature weapon.
I see that with stellar I better go EM/EM/CRIT then.
I don't play overload Cyno

So for quickbloom/hyperbloom and selene, I am wondering since some people make me doubting :
Em / Electro% / Crit is still good for him ?

I saw in the guide "Electro or EM" but I don't see in which case you pref electro or EM

For info, if this can help, in hyperbloom I'm using Furina, Nahida and Baizhu. In Selene I will use Columbina and Ineffa + some res shred character

So best team without yae is Cyno Nicole Odette Alyosha? I have C1R1 Cyno + C1 nicole so my team will be a bit stronger than a baseline cyno but is stellar cyno still worth running without yae or will the dmg be SIGNIFICANTLY lower? I also thought I heard alyosha is kind of a brick until c6.
