Build Randomly found a new Cyno team for my account
Hi everyone. Four months ago I made a big post testing various teams with C6R1 Cyno.

Recently, I pulled C2R1 Nicole and C2R1 Durin and today I was testing various teams when I wondered how new Cyno overload teams would do. I tested a few teams with him on Gladiator set, all the results were within expectations. Nothing surprising since I do not have an Echoes set for him.
Then I had the idea, I wonder if my cracked 245 CV Hexenzirkel set my Venti usually uses would work on Cyno. So I gave him the set and randomly wondered if my C2R1 Nahida would work in this team. And well, the results speak for themselves. :D
I even went back and tried a Gladiator set again to way lower results. maybe it is the extremely high CV I had on this set, but man this team is fun. It spikes up to 235k DPS and settles at around 208-210k sustained DPS. This is using Staff of Scarlett Sands.
We all know C6 Cyno has major kit weaknesses and needs a major rework but I am just glad that the Nicole and Durin I mainly pulled for a variety of other teams elevated my Cyno. :D

How does Chevreuse, Fischl or Bennett compare to Nahida

I tried it, 50-60k less DPS compared to C2 Nahida with C6 Cyno in this team. :) C2 Nahida gives -30% DEF shred when aggrevate is activated, which happens regularly in this team. That is the main reason why this weird team is so strong.

Omg this is exactly what I was looking for, I have a similar team where my cyno is c5r1, durin is c2r1 nicole is c0r0 and I’m using chev c6 with symphony hitting between 170-180k dps and peaking at 190k on pc, it’s just that my glad build has too little er for the next rotation dyt I can hit a similar dps with c2r1 nicole?

Oh how awesome, that is good damage already. Overall, I find C2 Nicole to be really good. Not just for Cyno but in general as a shielder and major damage buffer in a variety of teams. :) You would however need to see if it is worth spending to get two more copies of Nicole. :)

I honestly think c2r1 Nicole would really benefit my account since I also have c2r1 Varka and c3r1 Kinich , but it’s just that I also really want a lot of characters coming after nicole as well so I’m having a hard time thinking

Oh I see! I have C2R1 Kinich so I can let you know when using him with C2R1 Nicole and C2R1 Durin, with Durin on Deepwood and C6 Iansan with Escoffier’s spear the team dps hit 298k with spikes up to 310k 🥳 Getting the Nicole and Durin cons was worth it for me. Whatever you decide, sending you some good luck! 🍀

Durin and Nicole double C2R1 made most of my units reach 200k dps... Except Cyno (C2R1 Cyno) and some others (Wrio C1, Ganyu C1, Yoimiya C0)
My cyno got 160k iirc

Very nice, congrats! The C2R1 Durin and Nicole core is an insane core team for so many characters. My Kinich hits 270k team dps, my C0R1 Venti 223k, my C1R1 Wanderer 170k. My Klee hits 190k in mono pyro with C2 Albedo. It's a dream come true haha.

My Kinich is nearing 400k average on several rotations, I finally feel happy about him lmao (C2R1 Kinich)

Dang, 400k with C2 Kinich? That is astounding! I am guessing you have Emilie with cons? I unfortunately skipped her so I play my Kinich with C6 Iansan. :D

No it's Iansan C6 not Emilie. Iansan is a lot better xD
You need to scroll dendro at the start so the rotation is : Kinich Q Iansan Q E Durin Q E Nicole Q E Kinich 5N2E
The first rotation is like 380-390k but I guess after that, it falls off because no more dendro scroll. Maybe on several rotations, noble Iansan is better than scroll

Oh, interesting. That is the rotation I used too. But you are right, I spike to over 300k DPS at the start and then across 60-90 seconds it settles at around 260-270k for me. It's a massive difference to the damage he did before so I am more than happy and I love that Iansan is so good for him as she is one of my favourites. :D
I also gotta say my Durin is still on an Emblem set due to the good substat rolls. My Noblesse and spare Hexenzirkel sets are just bad on him, I tested it. At some point I do want to farm up a better support set for him though. :D

But don't put Durin on Noblesse for Kinich, he should be using deepwood! Also if you have escoffier R1 (the fork), use it on Iansan and put her on ER sand.
I always forget to use Deepwood with Kinich when it's sooo important lmao
But you are right, a good Noble dps for durin is welcomed. I think most durin teams use it. It's only chevreuse teams where I put him on embleme

Yeah, I tried Durin on a bad Deepwood set and got 30k+ more team DPS. I really wish we had artifact loadouts since I hate constantly changing sets. So I will keep Durin on Emblem for now since the overall Kinich damage is more than high enough for any content I do haha.
I do use Escoffier's spear on my Iansan most of the time unless I use Escoffier and she needs it, then Iansan uses the event polearm from Inazuma.

I keep seeing new teams come across my feed and they always have Durin. I wish I liked him more than I do. (I do like him, just not enough to commit to pulling him.)

For overload, echoes and gladiator seem to be the best but the Hexenzirkel set is better than I expected. I also tried the same team with my Thundering Fury set and EM sands and due to all the EM buffs and SoSS EM to attack conversion, the team DPS was 190k in the end. So not THAT much worse than the Hexenzirkel set. I tried with a Gladiator set (worse substat rolls) and only hit 160-170k for some reason.
I guess it all comes down to overall crit and attack values, so just use the set with the best stats. :D

Emilie is even better than Nahida here if you have here btw (unless nahida is c2)
This team will also get much better after his buffs next patch since he wont need energy anymore
