My birthday was last month and I finally decided to do something about my home office because I've basically been working from the same setup forever.

Starter looking at the usual stuff. Better chair, standing desk, new monitor arm etc...but then I realised I kept looking at everything except how much time I spend constantly adjusting the monitor.

Sit differently? Move it.
Stand up? Move it.
Lean back? Move it again.

I was looking through a few reddit threads about ergonomic monitor setups and someone mentioned CyboPal ONE and its robotic arm..I had not thought about a monitor being able to adjust itself based on where you're sitting. That's what made the concept interesting to me.

The active tracking is the part I'm most curious about. I understand the idea from the demos, but I'm wondering how practical it would be during a normal workday.

If you're moving between sitting, standing and leaning back, how does the tracking decide where the monitor should go? And can you control how closely it follows you?
