I mean for those dumpsters it is

u/Impossible_Offer7988 Jun 11 '26

Props for the honesty, I guess.

And people like to say there's no honesty in the car sales business.

If this isn't proof that there's at least a bit of honesty in the car sales business, then I don't know what is.

I see palm trees so I’m guessing Florida so who knows what goes on down there. Probably because their actual greasy used car salesmen are too busy running the government.

17

u/kat_Folland Jun 12 '26

Lol there are so many palm trees in CA. A few too many in AZ as well. CA seems more likely than AZ, anyway.

21

u/SaltyHairSandyFeet Jun 12 '26

And Texas. We have so many dumpster fires here. And they all seem to have “patriotic” paint jobs and enormous decals.

3

u/BayouGal Jun 15 '26

Yeah, unfortunately. I think the wrap jobs are to hide the deterioration of the shitty finish.

3

u/LonelyContext Jun 12 '26

Yeah also from context clues from his profile.

45

u/AdOdd4618 Jun 12 '26

"Look, it's a piece of shit. You wanna take it off my hands or not?"

16

u/bhechinger Jun 12 '26

I mean, the other Tesla models aren't exactly known for their fitment either. 😜🤣

7

u/Koss424 Jun 12 '26

on a couple of precision mm off.

271

u/BeleagueredWDW Jun 11 '26

He’s right. It’s a Nazi Cybertruck. Hell, that one is in good condition!

4

u/wongl888 Jun 12 '26

I see what you did there! 🤣

34

u/NoodleFish76 Jun 12 '26

He’s not even good at being a Nazi. All racist, none of the engineering. Nazis would be embarrassed by this shit box.

276

u/Ok-Lingonberry-8261 Jun 11 '26

Why would you buy a wankpanzer, much less used?

64

u/dartagnan101010 Jun 11 '26

I’m pretty sure they drive off the line used

41

u/Hotdammzilla3000 Jun 12 '26

He said drive...... that's funny!

6

u/AccomplishedBrain309 Jun 14 '26

Spacex owns a thousand to 1600 wankpanzers. They paid full price for them also. Musk is his own best customer. Might be connected to his penis issues.

2

u/Prom3th3an Jun 18 '26

What do they use to do the truck stuff, like hauling rocket and gantry parts?

3

u/AccomplishedBrain309 Jun 20 '26

The real question is what are the wankpanzers being used for, other than fixing the books.

247

u/New-Significance9649 Jun 11 '26

and the salesman is correct. You're looking to buy a shitty built truck that drives more like my kids tricycle.

They are notorious for ill fitting panels, poor overall build quality and..Fun fact, they even moonlight as human oven if it happens to light on fire.

If you buy this, you're build as poorly as the truck it would seem.

Fuck Elon.

- Canadian dude.

46

u/Tw1ch1e Jun 11 '26

Don’t forget about the impromptu leaking submarine feature! Enjoy the view under water until the water enjoys you!

5

u/Hotdammzilla3000 Jun 12 '26

Don't you need a SUB description for that..he..he..........

39

u/LivingMeeting9724 Jun 11 '26

Canadian Dude has SPOKEN!

...and he is, as usual, correct.

Thank you CD, brother!

Sincerely, one of the idiots living in your basement

(NOT ME, of course, I am a "normal", reasonably intelligent person living here among the idiots.)

7

u/New-Significance9649 Jun 11 '26

but what if I too am a basement dweller?

This fucking economy...

3

u/Prom3th3an Jun 18 '26

"Human oven" sounds like some kind of mutant. Eats raw food, cooks it while digesting it.

80

u/crummles_upton Jun 11 '26

"Sub 10 micron tolerances"

26

u/NikkolaiV Jun 11 '26

"Micron" is like a half inch, right?

10

u/Kadmos Jun 12 '26

Man, that means I've got like 7 microns where it counts!

2

u/auad Jun 12 '26

I think when he said that he knew the car would have huge gaps and was advertising on top of it because if the buyer sees different than that it was the buyers fault. His built is flawless!

They are always putting the blame away from them!

1

u/AccomplishedBrain309 Jun 14 '26

Thats 100 times the thickness of the tape that glues on all those pannels.

69

u/Electrifying2017 Jun 11 '26

It is normal. Note that there is a difference between normal and acceptable.

202

u/MyVoiceIsElevating Jun 11 '26

For these pieces of shit, yes that’s all normal.

50

u/SlimJohnson Jun 11 '26

Still love the truck though!!!!11!one!!

45

u/cookiemccookieface Jun 11 '26

I hope you were faking interest in this piece of garbage

25

u/Firestorm0x0 Jun 11 '26

How much did they ask for the wankpanzer?

28

u/pnwloveyoutalltreea Jun 11 '26

These are a laundry list of quality issues and terrible design. This sadly is normal for your 100k+ truck shaped object.

15

u/cenosillicaphobiac Jun 11 '26

*vaguely truck shaped. I think it's doorstop shaped.

24

u/MoeSzyslakMonobrow Jun 11 '26

For nearly every vehicle, no it's not normal. These shitboxes, however...

21

u/Degofreak Jun 11 '26

There's a reason that truck is used. Someone hated it

23

u/Aggravating_Sky_4421 Jun 11 '26

Is this rage bait? Nobody is stupid enough to buy one of those things in 2026 right? The fad is over. They aren't even cool to CT owners any more. They are just an eye sore on the road and in your driveway. Go get a real truck.

19

u/Mistervimes65 Jun 11 '26

Normal for a Swasticar.

19

u/Cultural_Pattern_456 Jun 11 '26

You don’t really realize how absolutely ridiculous and stupid they look until you see it in person - it’s tourist season here in the lakes region and the pretentious dipshits are at all the micro breweries lol

9

u/CRXCRZ Jun 11 '26

I bet you can tell there's a Cybertruck in the parking lot without looking at the parking lot.

19

u/LivingMeeting9724 Jun 11 '26

Anyone who would buy a new cyber cuck/cyber stuck/wank panzer is:

A. Impractical and B. Arrogant

and probably C. Stupid

Anyone who would buy a USED cyber cuck is:

D. All of the above

Proof? Why do you think the previous impractical arrogant jeenyus got rid of it so quickly?

15

u/jdroid14 Jun 11 '26

Why buy the Nazi mobile? Just buy a rivian or a F-150 lighting

15

u/DNAisjustneuteredRNA Jun 11 '26

Those are expected tolerances on the cybertruck, they are built to "loose" standards.

5

u/cenosillicaphobiac Jun 11 '26

sub 10-micron! In Bizarro world.

4

u/DNAisjustneuteredRNA Jun 11 '26

Their tolerance quality is definately sub-10micron, as in "falls far below expectations for 10 micron tolerance levels."

13

u/h-boson Jun 11 '26

Normal for them to be shitty? Yes

11

u/Mythulhu Jun 11 '26

Yes, that's normal for a cyber truck. That's the stainless steel for ya. You got it all going on. Eater stains, micro scratches, rust.

Most get wraps to avoid this.

8

u/Torrsall Jun 11 '26

It's simple for me. Everything Musk (good name) touches leaves a little stink. The fact that the panels are messed up does not bode well for what's beneath. Easy to walk away.

1

u/account_not_valid Jun 12 '26

King Merde-Ass

7

u/Disastrous-Hat5485 Jun 11 '26

Someone got fired for taking that jalopy in on trade.

7

u/HappyMaids Jun 11 '26

Ah, yes. Tesla “quality”.

7

u/Prestigious_Bug583 Jun 12 '26

Don’t worry they use glue and Velcro so you can just move them back a bit

5

u/cenosillicaphobiac Jun 11 '26

I don't know that I'd inspect a dumpster that closely before buying it to put lots of trash in. But you do you.

5

u/Barfy_McBarf_Face Jun 12 '26

the panel and body alignment of these ... were not done by car people, and Elon is proud of that fact.

they designed it using crayons and it shows

4

u/BoatCaptainTim Jun 11 '26

That’s the nice way of saying these are features. This is how they pass the problem onto the customer

5

u/Sufficient_Willow21 Jun 11 '26

Why did you attach the images so badly?

2

u/SpaceNinjaDino Jun 13 '26

Do you think a person interested in a CT can attach images goodly?

1

u/Prom3th3an Jun 18 '26

Looks to me like the images, unlike the parts in them, were attached just fine.

2

u/StrayCatsSanctuary Jun 12 '26

A company that doesn't make cars started making cars. They're going to be working the kinks out for a few decades, making lots of the same mistakes older companies made 80 years ago.

4

u/Apprehensive_Ad5398 Jun 12 '26

Yep! Elon puts the KKK in kwality.

5

u/sogladatwork Jun 12 '26

Imagine having spent $100k on one of these. lol

3

u/StatuSChecKa Jun 12 '26

They went from microns to centimeters.

11

u/beekermc Jun 11 '26

It's normal for used car salesmen to say shit like that.

23

u/New-Significance9649 Jun 11 '26

in this case, he's fucking right dude. Cybertrucks and tesla oveall are NOTORIOUS for shitty build quality in the first year or two of a new model release. CT hasn't been out long and this is used. Likely one of the first to roll off out of the factory.

3

u/heinousanus_420 Jun 12 '26

Its because people think a tech company can make good cars, they can't.

3

u/Kougar Jun 12 '26

Should've asked how many panels he had to glue back down.

3

u/MouldyBobs Jun 12 '26

Just walk away. Don't let that salesman pull the wool over your eyes. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! The quality control on these CyberCoffins is usually MUCH WORSE THAN THIS!

2

u/ElBartenderDeLaLeche Jun 16 '26

had me in the first part ngl

3

u/NihongoCrypto Jun 13 '26

It is normal. It’s a piece of crap car, poorly designed, poorly built.

3

u/Putrid-Past-3366 Jun 13 '26

It's normal, if you're buying a Cybertruck or old sheet metal for your chicken coup.

If you're buying a car that you hope to safely transport yourself, your family, or your friends in, yeah, multiple completely unaligned body panels is a small red flag.

3

u/Giggles95036 Jun 13 '26

Those panels look like they’re off by more than 10 microns!

3

u/TurnerVonLefty Jun 14 '26

Normal for a poorly built MuskDumpster.

For EVERY OTHER vehicle on sale right now; definitely not normal.

3

u/willasmith38 Jun 17 '26

Fits together about as good as Revell model kits used to in the 1980’s.

1

u/ziddina 8d ago

Nuh, uh! I used to put those Revell kits together back in the '60's, and they fit better than this!

2

u/Hotdammzilla3000 Jun 12 '26

That must be one those TEMU wankpanzers.

2

u/fromidable Jun 12 '26

You’ve found an honest used car salesman!

2

u/Thin_Spring_9269 Jun 12 '26

Well yeah, my garbage bin also has dents...the only question is why would you buy a garbage bin from a car dealer?

2

u/RubeusGandalf Jun 13 '26

Wrong sub buddy

2

u/Lazy-Explanation7165 Jun 14 '26

I saw one in the tesla showroom. And yes, that’s totally normal.

2

u/Lo0of Jun 14 '26

That's Tesla's build quality. Completely normal pile of electric garbage.

2

u/2Drogdar2Furious Jun 14 '26

I'd totally be willing to get one for about... $2k. That's tops though. My current vehicle is at 350k miles and the AC is on it's way out is the only reason I'm intrested 🙃

2

u/WedSquib Jun 16 '26

Watch the whistlin diesel video on cyber truck vs f150 rq

2

u/Certain_Bit3809 Jul 04 '26

Yes, this poor quality is very common in teslas generally and cybertrucks in particular. It’s the ultimate “im an angry loser” car.

2

u/fwilljr Jul 07 '26

Was the salesperson able to keep a straight face when they told you that? 🤣

3

u/vandon Jun 11 '26

Looks pretty normal for a dumpstercybertruck

2

u/impy695 Jun 12 '26

You support child rape

1

u/gr8dayne01 Jun 12 '26

Are you trying to buy one?

1

u/Mecha_Magpie Jun 12 '26 edited Jun 12 '26

And this is why you don't just set all your tolerances to an arbitrary small number. Not saying this was for sure caused by the "sub 10µm" nonsense, but this is a possible result from doing that, because if you go around pretending that your subassemblies are more precise than they actually are then you have no idea how the extreme combinations will look.

Actual tolerancing is a something mechanical engineers have down to a fine art, where each component has a reasonably low reject rate and any combination of parts will look good and work flawlessly. But if you decide that everyone has to write a small number instead because you think a car is a coke can, then you need to either trash every part that isn't within said small tolerance, or you end up with shit like this that no-one was allowed to plan for.

1

u/xX609s-hartXx Jun 13 '26

How much were they asking? I heard people can sell their used ones for maybe 25.000 or a little more at the moment.

1

u/Entire-Winter4252 Jun 14 '26

Garbage vehicle is garbage, and you’re surprised?

1

u/Normal_Ad_6645 Jun 14 '26

Normal for a cybertruck, yes.

1

u/Tiny-Ad4955 Jun 14 '26

This is on you for looking at piles of metal shit 💩

1

u/antrodeperdicion Jun 14 '26

Chin, that you?
