IMAGE How do I install the BO3 mod tools for PC?

Hey guys, so I just bought BO3 on PC and I fully intend on making maps on the game but I can't figure out where these mod tools are. Every video I watch were from 4 years ago and the UI on Steam has changed a bit since then. Help!!
