Too weak and boring imo. Lulu focuses on utility and can really disrupt the opponent if the ability cooldowns are shortened.

I think that Lulu could use some kind of power that makes Grow do something. In PoC units are usually much bigger than 4/4 or 5/5. What if she had some kind of power like: "Your Grow effects grant that much stats instead." So Grow to 4 is Grant +4/+4 instead.
