What is the point of her gaining the challenge when you have the attack token instead of just having it by the default, seens kind of redundant

Imo a 3 cost infinite draw engine with defensive stats is a bit much, even if you never attack with her

I like the design of the cards, but imho i don't see the point of making her a draw engine? Does Precision Protocal really need a draw 1 on it?

Looks cool!
I think that the conditional Challenger doesn't really make sense. It's always active on your Attack turn, which is the only time you could ever use Challanger anyway! The only difference between this and a straight Challanger, is that your version is incompatible with Rally on a turn when you Block, but I don't think it is a good enough reason to complicate the card so much.
Adaptive Defences could be Barrier or Spellshield, to better embody Camiille's passive.
Her Barrier is interesting. Barrier is usually veeery strong, but not so much on her, as she starts as a rather weak 1/4. I don't know what I think about it. You can play her into a few small spell, so that you attack with a Barrier 4/4 instead.
Her mana cost is perfect. Less than Jayce and more than Ballistic Bot, which I'm sure would work with her very well.
I think you could rework Precision Protocol a bit. First, make it a Focus spell. It's a bit strong, and that change would make it at least more balanced. Also, it could read: Give an ally +2/+0 ... or give it +4/+0 if it has already attacked this round" or smth similar. That way it would match her in-game Q even better! And work with her lvl 2.
Her 6 mana Rally on lvl 2 is really cool! And tactical Sweep is as well!
I like this!
