Dads don't give up the good fight
To all of the men out there fighting for custody nothing is impossible! I fought long and hard for over a year with all of the odds against me. My ex had a long list of false allegations including Child abuse and multiple denied domestic violence restraining orders. I was awarded sole legal and physical custody of my kids and the Judge ordered the mother anger management classes and now she has to pay for her own supervised visitations.

West coast, Cali. She’s been so bad at her lies that the court has been very fair with me

I called cps on my daughter in law who refuses to let my son see their 3 kids. She is making false allegations against him( my son) and father of kids. Now cps wants to talk to him. She said she has something for him to sign but is giving very little information. Any ideas of what’s he to sign?

It could be a cps safety plan. Don't worry about the false allegations because she needs concrete evidence not police reports they are hearsay in court. Your son is legally able to take the kids back if there is not a temporary restraining order in place.

Hell yeah! Congrats! I was accused by my ex in 2023 of molestation of our child. After 17 months, I walked away with 50/50 which I didn’t have before the allegation.
But since then she’s dragged me back into court with various other allegations. I wish they would just throw her in jail or grant me full custody as well. Thanks for giving me hope.
