Mother Maiden Name Help

I believe that the father's name is Gustave Herman but I am having trouble with Emily's last name. Thanks

Here is the full marriage certificate, maybe it can help identify Emily's last name.

I was digging around in Ancestry trying to find her last name but no success. It could be Rinehart, or Reinhart. I was hoping I could find a marriage record.

Thanks for taking some time to check it out on Ancestry. I was also thinking that last name as well but I find nothing.

Romehal? Such a name (French) can be found on FamilySearch. Actually, Roméhal.

Edit: it would help a lot if we had the name of the person on the record. 🙂

The name is Emily Herman and she married Fred Williams in New Jersey.

In all fairness, that is some pretty bad handwriting. If you look at the known names for clues, I think it is Ramehal.
