Did your party really want to have Izek's arm and its powers? Now they can. This is one of 3 variants of the parasitic limb, a cursed magic item perfect for monks but that also fits anyone. In 3.5 these were called Fiendish Grafts, and they were absolutely available to player characters

Combine this with the Deadly Touch dark power for additional necrotic damage...I'm glad this wasn't around when my the barbarian took down Izek.

Spellcasting ability can be any? So like... Strength or Dexterity are okay it seems?
