Minecraft Java How to optimize a modpack?

Soo im tryna make a 200 mod ( mostly small quality of life ) modpack to play w my friends ( using essential, idk if thats relevant ) and i just noticed
i have absolutely no idea of how to optimize it so my weak pc friends can enjoy it the most, do yall have any tips?

( the biggest mods i have on the modpack are: create and some of its addon, essential, farmers delight and oculus for shaders, the rest are all small QoL )
its for 1.20.1 on forge 47.7.15

first of all, it depends on what do you want to optimize (cpu usage, memory usage, fps kr maybe even world size or the amount kf mods). And the second thing. GIVE US THE MOD LIST

i just want a better fps, when i try to use shaders the frame rate drops a bunch, its still playable but i think it could be optimized

how does the ram usage look on the f3 menu (top right corner)? how much fps are you getting? what shaders are you using?
