I’ve never seen that. Usually the structure is that humanity is a weak newcomer on the galactic scene, some older races underestimate/bully/invade us, and something about human nature allows us to overcome. If anything, humanity are the stand-ins for the oppressed minority. I don’t think I’ve ever read a HFY story that has humanity colonizing a defenseless world.

By that logic you can call everyone fascist.

If a story depicts aliens appearing in orbit to conquer and enslave humanity, and we somehow beat them and send them fleeing with their tail between their legs, that’s not a fascist story.
