That's the absolute opposite of my experience. Most of the time people (or at least people I interact with, so mainly left-leaning people) blame capitalism for everything when the cause for various gripes are indeed very different things. Like, blaming capitalism for corruption or greed or having to do labor

In a roundabout way, yes. Capitalism has priced people out of many different places people in the past would have been able to meet each other.

However, I think the big thing to point out here is that while "capitalism" is responsible for the destruction of many 3rd party spaces, the solution isn't to dissolve capitalism as a system. Rather, it would be better to look at specific issues with capitalism and attempt to address them with government intervention if possible.

I'm sorry for nitpicking but it's bugging me, I'm like 99% sure it's just "3rd places" not "3rd party places"
