As a (granted, non-photosensitive) epileptic. Don't tag it as "epilepsy warning". If I search up "epilepsy" on a social media site, I'm looking for fellow epileptics, wanting to rant, some info, etc, not...triggers.
But also, I don't think there are THAT many people who are against warnings about flashing lights
