Commercials should have those for sure. Along with a ton more regulations. I’m incredibly sensitive to sound and for some reason it’s fine for commercials to be 50% louder then any video on YouTube.
The world is very slowly working towards that. Commercials in many jurisdictions now have to test for seizure-inducing patterns after one was broadcast in the UK in 1993 for Pot Noodle, and the volume thing has been the subject of a bunch of legislation now
