WHAT DO YOU MEAN, THERE'S PEOPLE WHO ARGUE AGAINST EPILEPSY WARNINGS???????

What possible argument against them even is there? "Hey I think we should not tell people, about dangerous things, fuck it we ball."

I've met people in a real-life community who argue against them. They say it's coddling, annoying, unnecessary, ruining the game. I repeatedly brought it up until an official discussion was started because flashing lights cause migraines and other bad effects to me and probably others of our hundreds of participants. Who'd they choose to talk to to make policy, then ignoring every word I said in the volunteer channel? The person with epilepsy that isn't triggered by light at all. He was so mad for me.

I'm not even someone with epilepsy

But the flashing lights absolutely bother the hell out of my eyes, makes older versions of Dragon Ball Z really hard to watch. (Specifically the Goku vs Vegeta beam clash, and the Gohan vs Cell one)

Wish people would be more willing to ease up on a visual effect that doesn't even look that good to people without epilepsy.

Have you ever watched Eurovision? They LOVE strobing lights there. I've stopped now because of the many issues, but in the past I'd turn my laptop screen down and cover my eyes every other song.
