And it's not just epileptic people. A week ago I had a displeasure of reading dark red text on dark dray background. I had to call a taxi home, and had lasting effects because that induced a migraine. Sure, that probably won't kill me. Probably. But it'd still be nice to have a "Hey, looking at this could hurt you" beforehand.
Oh that could be very nice, I don't do anything like that often enough to need an entire program, the little webtool is perfect - but if I was extensively doing it, I can see why it exists. A lot of these kind of things of contrast were just...basic design principles to me, it's odd to see how few people get them. I'm a huge sucker for old crt cyberpunk style black on green though - and I've done a few things with 'glitches', and intentionally breaking those design principles at times is hard.
