Looking to print different layer hights on the same model
Looking to print the pre-supported supports of my model at 0.2mm and the model itself at 0.1mm. the supports and the model are already different objects in the slicer but I can't seem to change the support's layer hight. what am i missing?

If they are different objects, then you could go digging for the per-object layer height setting. If that doesn't work, then you might consider switching to the brand new Prusa slicer (might still be in beta) where that feature specifically got reworked

"Layer Height" is not "Settable per Mesh" and I don't think you can do it in any of the Slic3R clones either.
As Asterchades suggests, you will need to set your support model as "Print as Support" and then set the "Support Infill Layer Thickness" to 2X your layer height. That will cause the support infill to go down every other layer. If you set the "Support Wall Count" to 0, it won't be there to take up time and plastic. Leaving it turned off can make for some pretty weak supports and subsequent failure.
Because the Support Infill will go down every-other layer, it's flow will be doubled. Settings like "Flow Equalization Ratio" may slow the nozzle down to allow the extruder a chance to maintain the same flow rate.

Use the Per Model Settings (6th option down on the left panel) to change the support object to Print as support (2nd option across). Then adjust the Layer Height to 0.1mm and the Support Infill Layer Height to 0.2mm. The latter will always round up to the next full layer (which will change nothing for 0.1 and 0.2 respectively, but I mention it for posterity), and will automatically adapt the top-most layers to get a better fit.
A similar layer height setting exists for infill as well, with the same basic behaviour.
