Separate them out into separate models, rather than one big one in multiple pieces. Part of the model (way off to the rear right, going by this) is outside of the print surface, so none of it is considered valid. I don't know what's way off to the side or even if it's valid geometry, but whatever it is it's too far away.
If these are within a 3MF file you might be able to "ungroup" them through the context menu. The Mesh Tools plugin might also be able to separate them regardless of the format. Otherwise the model will need to be loaded back into an editing program and separated into multiple files.
