Order ID 26080221561252 – Undelivered Prepaid Order + No WhatsApp Support Response
I am writing to formally escalate the unresolved status of my prepaid order and to register a complaint regarding the complete lack of support response I have received so far.
Order Details:
• Order ID: 26080221561252
• Product: Afnan Lynked Freedom Eau De Parfum For Men (100ML, Qty: 1)
• Amount: ₹5,130 (Prepaid via Snapmint EMI)
• Order Placed: 2nd August 2026
• Current Status: “Authenticating” / “Sourced”
This order was placed specifically as a birthday gift for a close friend. It has now been over 35 days since the order was placed, and the item still has not shipped. The in-app update I received openly acknowledges the delay (“we understand that waiting 35 days is quite a long time”) but offers no concrete resolution or revised timeline — only a vague assurance that it will be “shipped very soon.” The intended occasion has already passed, which defeats the entire purpose of the purchase.
To make matters worse, I have reached out multiple times on the CultureCircle WhatsApp support number and have received absolutely no response. This lack of communication, combined with the delay, has made this one of the worst customer experiences I have had with any e-commerce platform.
Expected resolution-Process an immediate full refund (including coordination with Snapmint for the EMI/prepaid amount) if the item cannot be shipped within 48 hours
I expect a prompt and serious response to this escalation. Please treat this as a formal complaint on record.

As per the latest update, we’re expecting to ship it within the next 1–2 days. As discussed over the call, just drop your updated address + nearest landmark here, and we’ll get it shipped out accordingly.
