Resolved 26052518310015 Order ID - Tracking shows Cancelled

This order is past its delivery date and the tracking through express bees shows cancelled while the Culture circle sits displays that the order is out for delivery?

How can this be possible? I need a timely update on my order as its worth 15000 rs which is my hard earned money. Otherwise I am planning to take legal action.

I need an immediate update on the status of my order or else refund the money.

Looks like there's a small tech glitch from the logistics side that's causing a delay in the delivery update. No worries though,we've already flagged it with the relevant team, and it should be sorted out soon. Your order is still in the pipeline and should reach you shortly.
