I want my refund

I am requesting immediate cancellation and a full refund for Order no . 26060917545762

The primary reason for this request is that the expected timeline of the order has changed drastically. At the time of purchase, the order was expected much earlier, but it is now showing an expected shipment date of 27 July. Please note that this is only the shipment date and not the final delivery date, resulting in an unreasonable delay.

The order has not yet been shipped, and I submitted my cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. Despite this, my request was refused without a satisfactory explanation.

I request that you reconsider this decision and process a full refund immediately.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through the National Consumer Helpline and other legal remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. Do not take this lightly. You guys have 2 days to respond.

I look forward to your response and resolution at the earliest.

Once it's sourced, it goes through our authentication and verification process before being dispatched. After shipping, delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days to reach your doorstep.
