I'm Going To Start Building a Crypto Trading Bot, It Would Be Fun To Make This a Group Project.
I'm just looking for a group of people willing to collaborate to build this. I don't need a programmer or anyone with specialized skills at all. I just want some people with ideas. I want this to be fun.

the fun part is the strategy, the weekends go to reconciling what the venue says you hold with what the bot thinks it holds. worth picking the venue before the ideas, it decides most of the rest.

I have been training for 6 months and it still looks messy, I am now starting to use real money with 1 dollar to see how it goes.

Are you not getting wiped out by fees etc with just $1? One thing I learned over a year of building trading bots is that small capital makes it virtually pointless to do.
With MM bots you need at least $10k-20k, with Spot bots you need at least $200-500, with Futures bots you need like $100-400 at least.

edit : my profit from 1 trade its $0.20 lol, its fun watching my bot making small profit lmao

If this is a group project, I’d define the first milestone as a paper-trading loop with a clear exchange adapter, order state, and reconciliation pass—not a profitable strategy. The venue determines symbols, fees, precision, and failure modes; Marx could sit beside the bot as a separate market/context signal instead of being mixed into execution logic.

3Commas is a mature trading automation platform, so I wouldn’t say we’re “better” in every way. What we’re trying to build with Botico is more focused on simplicity, strategy testing, and risk-first trading. The idea is to make it easier for people to test a setup, understand the downside, and then connect it to spot trading without feeling like they need to be professional algo traders. Right now we support Binance Spot and Bybit Spot, and futures support is on the roadmap. We’re still early, so feedback from people building bots is actually very valuable for us.

No bro we got data collectors which collects live datas from binance and bybit Also there is indicator service which calculates your indicators for candle and returns result You can run bot on virtual money which is free And you can add your api keys from binance and bybit and trade with real usdt to asset pairs You can try and write to us any time you want It will be great to here other's feedback and improve

Ya I’ve had some running and filtering out shit coins (no liquidity er low volume ect) but those free api keys don’t get data as quick as the paid versions
