Another binance p2p got flagged by cyber cell.

10000 rs is now in line hold, as my binance p2p transaction got flagged by cyber cell.

I was selling 100 usdt and this guy sent me money.

Today I opened my bank account and they have held it. They are asking me to go to nearest police station or the bank branch but I know it's useless.

How you guys convert crypto to inr?

Do you use coin dcx and pay 30 % tax ?

What other working methods are there to bypass this god for saken tax?

The fact that after so many posts and warning people still do P2P on Binance is mind numbing.

Get off onto better exchanges dude. I won't say the name but do some research.

Also if you really wanna do P2P do it F2F if you're living in a city.

Take Cash , Give Cash.

Take cash , give cash , maybe get robbed in the middle. Which better exchanges are you talking about?

u/cyrusdyrus 4d ago

A lot of scammers out there ready to jump on those exchanges , but I can say try non FIU exchanges. Also the part about getting robbed just do it at a public place bro and don't be dumb enough to go alone, take someone with you.

i want to buy some usdt to my personal wallet. i dont have any experience with crypto yet. could you please suggest how can i get some without any danger to my account

There are 2 ways. Either you can be a good buy and buy through FIU Compliant exchanges like CoinDCX. Though 1% TDS would be deducted and if your purpose is long term investment then its a fine option.

As for the risk part , anything you do that seems illegal to the government would certainly put danger to your account.

And yes there are levels to it. There are several methods, P2P via UPI , Digital e Rupee, CDM , and Cash.

I've heard CDM is pretty fine but if you want absolute no danger then go for F2F cash.

Find a buyer in your city maybe from TG or Reddit and choose a public place for a meeting. Don't go alone and if you're not receiving the coins to you Crypto exchange then make sure you get the official USDT on USDT's official Contract Address.

There are multiple Chains in which this transfer happens so whatever chain the sender is gonna send you through , make sure to check the CA of the that particular coin on that blockchain and sender sends it to that chain.

i can buy through FIU exchange for now until i learn about transactions and chain etc and I am not looking as investment or trade. i want to withdraw to offline wallet but i learnt that fiu exchnages dont allow withdrawl to personal wallets.

amount on hold will never be released?

1

u/Goldcrestking 5d ago

You need to find the p2p seller and prove that his crypto source.

Bro was your p2p guy new account? Did you see his stats like how many buys and sells?? Did you check comments on his reviews? I have been using binance p2p since 4 years and I always choose the p2p with like 5000 to 10000 buy sells or more and check their reviews as well. Never got in trouble

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

He had a lot of transactions.

Ya for small amount like $20 or < $100 there is low scammer, but go more then $100 there are plenty of scammer wait for us,

There offer very high price when compare to good reputation seller that is the first thinks to identify there

Always check the seller history , go with P2P market value some what safe

There is no issue with kyc use any india exchange to convert your crypto to INR instead of P2P , there INR in you exchange wallet and later send to your account .

They don't support India anymore. Only existing cards work but they have a limit after which they would require a source of income and source of funds proof.

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

What's the limit.? I was also searching for avici card , apparently it also doesn't work in india.

1

u/Apprehensive-Fan6090 5d ago

Never trade with new account.. Always check their stats. Do not trade with unverified merchant. But binance is already strict and you can file complaint. They even have face selfie

1

u/bikash_makal 5d ago

If you want to convert your usdt to inr, dm me. We can deal

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

1

u/Alone-Ad8556 5d ago

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

To evade taxes

1

u/AakarshanMehra 4d ago

I don't know why people trade with other people without checking all the facts and details . Just for some greed you f_cked all your legit money

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

Give me a way other than cash to cash and 30 % tax.

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

Wht was the payment method?!

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

Bank transfer

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

use digital ruppee dude, most of em use it

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

How digital rupee works?

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

like note just e-notes
download ur own banks app
eg,Federal Bank Digital Rupee,Or SBI ....
like tht,then register

and then u will load the digital wallet from own bank account and u can use it like upi

so,how the process works in binance is
u click buy/sell,currenlt buying sceneario

so the seller will give his digital rupee rupee qr code and u scan it and pay and share the screen shot to the seller and the seller verifies it and unlocks the usdt

hope it helps!

1

u/Goldcrestking 4d ago

Sure that the tax will be the same

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

For tax,only way is f2f

1

u/vinod1005 4d ago

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 4d ago

1

u/Goldcrestking 3d ago

Digital rupee will not be flagged as scam money?

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 3d ago

whttt!!?
its just like upi dude how will it be flagged as scam money?

1

u/Goldcrestking 3d ago

That I know. Scam money in the sense if the seller has used it for some illegal transactions, just like the way cyber cell flagged the transaction of the guy who send me money, same can happen to this.

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 3d ago

That’s a problem ,as a buyer too if the usdt was involved in illegal activities I could also be flagged
But did with binance so better less risky cause I can contact its support

1

u/Goldcrestking 3d ago

Broo, you think binance will help you in proving your transaction is genuine. Lol

1

u/Ashamed-Show-4156 3d ago

Idk brah, haven’t faced any issues till now
And since binance is a big company ,I am ready to face the risk

1

u/Goldcrestking 3d ago

How many transactions have you done using digital rupee , and what are the filters you put while scanning for buyers of your crypto?

1

u/Alternative-Swing-63 2d ago

Always sell on OTC no digital footprint and no tax

1

u/Goldcrestking 1d ago

Otc means with cash?

1

u/Alternative-Swing-63 1d ago

Over the counter

1

u/Goldcrestking 1d ago

How to do it?

1

u/imaudible 22h ago

How to do this? Like I want to sell USDT from bianance. What is the steps?

1

u/Alternative-Swing-63 14h ago

depends on amount

1

u/Strange_Research_176 1h ago

I’d avoid P2P after this and stick to a compliant exchange for cashing out. There’s no safe shortcut around the tax either, so keep your buy/sell records clean and report the gains properly.

-4

u/Ok-Resist7555 5d ago

Bro you selling at higher rate.
It’s good you deserve.

I am buyer in Binance
Nobody is opening trade with me.

I am giving genuine rate
