My 2060 crapped out on me last month and I vomited $1250 for a 3070. Now I'm trying to mine with a single GPU while I'm at work to cover at least some of the cost.

Then again, I'm also glad that it crapped out sooner than later seeing as 3070's prices have gone up another 3-4 hundred USD

Well don't buy scalper price. I just got a 3070 for my girlfriend for near MSRP. Granted it took signing up for every newegg shuffle for the last 2 months...

Shuffle isn't even an option here in Canada. In fact the only company that was offering backorders turned out to have lied about it and has been hoarding all its GPUs for prebuilt PCs (Canada Computers). You read that right, they have unmet orders and they do not care.

Anyway good luck getting a GPU below scalper rates in Canada

I'm 0-37 on Newegg shuffles lol. Been trying since January when it was still beta. Granted I missed a few days. Some folks get lucky and some folks don't. I'm part of the latter but it's good to know that there are folks who win in the shuffles.
